The Agency:

DD & MH Provider of Oregon offers a high level of support, services, and life skills for individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
A small family-owned Agency with over 14 years of experience.
The office is located in Sandy but we serve clients in Multinational & Clackamas County.

Host weekly Community Inclusion events, activities, and a community dinner.

We serve all of Clackamas & Multnomah County
Contracted with Vocational Rehabilitation, Oregon Commission for the Blind and Oregon Department of Disabilities.

EP Qualifications:

Pass a criminal, driving, and CPS background check (CRIMS);
Experience working as with individuals with disabilities;
Independent thinker;
Excellent communicator.
Own a smartphone/tablet;
Self-Motivated;
Have reliable transportation and proof of insurance;
Minimum of 100k/300k liability insurance;
Patient and compassionate;
Have a basic understanding of remote work Apps/Software
Resourceful;
Dependable, reliable, and committed;
Problem Solver;
Have solid life skills in order to teach life skills

We are a small family owned Medicaid Agency in Sandy Oregon that has over twelve years of experience in the field. We provide Employment Supports, In-Home, and Community Inclusion Supports, Services and Life Skills for people with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities in order to obtain their self-directed goals.
