Description
The Ballpark Entertainment Assistant will assist with day-to-day operations in preparation for Oakland A’s gamedays. This position will assist in the execution of multiple events on a given game day.
Responsibilities
- Assist In Any Tasks Given By Sr Manager Of Productions, Producer, Events Coordinator
- Assist Gameday Crew Members with their tasks
- Assist in updating basic static content for games
- Assist with gameday staff scheduling
- Update And Print Out Host Scripts
- Print & Distribute Gameday Scripts To Staff
- Assist in Create Scoreboard Messages Each Gameday
- Meet With Anthem Singer And First Pitches To Bring To Sound Check And Then On The Field
- Update and Send Out logistics for all First Pitches, Anthems and DJs.
- Log Game Day Footage
- Responsible For Creating and Sending Internal Video Requests
- Assist stage managing on-field events
Qualifications/Requirements
- Great Time Management Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Work Well In Fast Paced Environment, Managing Multiple Tasks
- Acts with Integrity and is respectful of others
- Excellent Attention To Detail
- Understanding And Knowledge Of Major League Baseball
- Ability To Work Games, Including Nights And Weekends
- Proficient in video and photo editing (Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Avid Media Composer)
