Position Title: Personal Driver

Location: Alpharetta or surrounding areas – significant travel required

Starting Base Salary: $50,000

Reports To: Company CEO

Description of Position: Our organization is seeking a personal driver to facilitate transportation, perform personal tasks and support employers in various assignments. The candidate must be self-motivated, highly responsible, and flexible. The driver’s duties include:

• Pick up employers and assist with loading and unloading luggage
• Provide a relaxed atmosphere inside the vehicle and ensuring the trip remains safe and enjoyable
• Ensure that clients' identities and conversations remain confidential
• Arrive on time for all appointments without reminders and track all assigned projects and tasks
• Before any trip, consult mapping services: checking online traffic and weather reports for departure and destination location, and complying with road regulations at all times
• Ability to use problem solving techniques to resolve any issues or conflicts as they arise
• Apprise employers of local services that may be of use to them
• Safely and timely drive the employer to work and back, and to occasions (this may include traveling outside of the state)
• Safely drive the employer’s relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer
• Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its inside and outside parts
• Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition
• Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s)
• Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours
• Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer besides traditional driving duties and responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working as a personal driver
• Valid personal and commercial driver's licenses permit to transport passengers
• Thorough understanding of road regulations and traffic laws
• Clear criminal record and driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Require high school diploma/GED
• Must be 25 years of age
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Possess outstanding communication and organizational skills

Physical Demands of Job:

• Always available, mobile, and open to travel
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
