Our organization is seeking a Childcare teacher who enjoys working with children and has a strong pedagogical background. The ideal candidate should be able to develop engaging lesson plans and also be able to work with parents in order to understand their needs and concerns. We require a dedicated teacher who is capable of implementing activities that will help our students understand the material being taught in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of child development, interpersonal relationships, and diversity.
- Supervise children's activities.
- Provide constructive criticism and guidance to children to help them develop in positive ways.
- Create lesson plans.
- Facilitate the physical, intellectual, emotional and social development of children.
- Conduct focus groups with parents to collect data on their child's progress.
- Train new teachers as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
