Claims Clerk Job at CP Insurance Associates

We are looking for someone committed to providing superb customer service to join our team in Huntsville, TX, as a Claims Department Clerk. This position is responsible for:
Enters and distributes new insurance claims.
Performs customer service related to claims over the phone (inbound and outbound calls) or by email.
Performs basic clerical functions to include data and document processing.
Maintains and updates Excel reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Other Functions/Other Specifications:
· Must be able to work full-time, Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 pm.
· Must be able to work alone and with a team.
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
