OVERVIEW
Cinnamon Energy Systems is an established Los Gatos commercial energy system general contractor with 20+ years of solar experience. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage our backlog of commercial projects.

This contract Project Engineer will be in charge of overseeing commercial solar and related energy projects from initial sales review through completion of construction, utility interconnection and customer handoff. You must have electrical estimation experience preferrably as a Commercial Estimator who can price the jobs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage entire scope of project, including schedule management, materials procurement, equipment delivery, regular on-site management, safety, installation, system commissioning and de-mobilization.

· Must have Electrical Estimation experience preferably in Commercial.

· Collaborate with existing and new construction partners, including engineering and specialty trades.

· Complete all facets of project in a timely manner, including building permits, inspections and utility interconnections.

· Work with vendors to ensure prompt and cost-effective delivery of equipment and services

· Coordinate effectively with internal sales, engineering and installation departments.

· Lead internal team meetings to ensure prompt progress on every facet of project/

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 2 years commercial project management experience preferrably in solar

· BS degree in engineering

· Proficiency with Microsoft applications, Zoom, Google Apps, as well as applicable commercial project management software

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and professional appearance.

· Bay area resident with ability to drive to projects in the South Bay area

Physical Requirements:

This position requires very good mobility, including but not limited to, extensive standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching below and above shoulders, hand manipulation, and finger dexterity. One must possess good vision, hearing, and speaking ability.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
