Custodian Worker Job at Colonial Property Management

We are looking to hire a full time custodian and general laborer. This person would help our existing team by being responsible for: weekly cleaning schedule for a portfolio of properties, general grounds clean-up, help with end-of-month turnovers, snow removal and other general duties that help support the properties and our management team.
Some experience with cleaning or light custodial duties is helpful. This is a great opportunity for a good candidate to start working in a company where they can have a stable career and grow within the organization. We offer a competitive wage and full benefit package that includes an IRA.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm. Occasional weekends are needed for: end-of-month move outs, snow removal, and/or move-ins.
