Customer Account Manager

ELO Engineering is a growing contract manufacturer of metal components for Fortune 500 and other successful companies in the aerospace, transportation, energy, and commercial industries. Our ISO certified precision metal fabrication capabilities include laser cutting, punching, welding, machining, painting and assembly. Our office and manufacturing facility is located in Fridley, MN.

We are searching for an experienced and/or individual with a degree for customer account management. This is a full-time, professional position responsible for managing the day to day aspects of our customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be looking for a solid company where he/she can establish long-term employment that offers growth and opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Receives and acknowledges customer orders. Confirms pricing and delivery date.
• Enters customer orders in our Enterprise System and produces work orders for release to production.
• Utilizes resource planning system to manage orders, lead times, and stock levels.
• Acts as primary point of contact for company with its customers. Manages inquiries and requests including expedites.
• Handles customers and difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
• Determines product packaging and shipping requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience in account management / customer service. Contract manufacturing experience highly desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, helpful, and professional).
• Accounting or Bookkeeping skills helpful.
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Email. Ability to learn and use business software effectively. Blueprint reading skills helpful.
• This is not a remote work position. You will ideally live within a 40 minute commute from Fridley, MN.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
