As an Amerisleep Customer Experience Advocate, you will train to become a product and sleep science expert. Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Live and breathe customer service, authenticity, teamwork, and empathy.
• Provide support for online & retail store customers via phone, chat, email, and in-person.
• Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge to our customer base professionally.
• Goal-oriented, self-reliant, and professional.
• An active learner who loves finding ways to improve your experience with customers.
• Ability to multitask and work in multiple software programs simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service (Phone/Retail).
• Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone, in written correspondence, and in-person.
• Strong Computer Literacy (Experience with Apple Devices & G-Suite products preferred but not required).
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be available Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Arizona time
