As a Customer Experience Onboarding Specialist, you will provide support and ensure efficient and effective onboarding of our Customer Experience (CX) team. We are looking for somebody to work closely with our Talent Acquisition, Training, and CX leadership team to ensure smooth and productive onboarding experience.

What you’ll do as a Customer Experience Onboarding Specialist:
Develop and execute an effective onboarding program in partnership with the CX leadership and training team. Identify learning opportunities and provide actionable feedback to training partners.
Partner with People Operations to drive process improvements and optimization of talent acquisition processes within Customer Experience.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate interviews and collect feedback on applicants.
Coordinate new hire equipment and access with IT and department leadership.
Support employees in successfully transitioning from new hire training to on-the-job execution by partnering with training on nesting sessions to ensure comprehension of training materials.
Partner with employees, Employee Licensing, and CX leadership to ensure all team members are licensed in required jurisdictions.
Monitor and coach to metrics designed to measure progress across new hire cohorts.
Monitor employee's ramp up metrics for the first 60 days of their employment and facilitate training as necessary.
Maintain and leverage relationships with other functional areas and key stakeholders.
Partner with training on new hire materials including the CX New Hire FAQ. Synthesize common new hire questions based on feedback to create an accurate repository of questions and answers.
What you’ll bring:
At least 3 (three) years of onboarding, administration, or related work experience.
Previous professional experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Docs.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a team environment to achieve a common goal.
On occasion, the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Obsessed with the customer experience; never settle for good enough; continually inspire others to do better for the customer.
Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate in a matrixed environment.
