Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for all customer service related activities for the facility's customer bases, functioning as an interface between the customers and all internal areas of the business units, including the company warehouses. Oversees and manages customer service staff’s daily activities including order entry, order acknowledgement, stock check, problem resolution of customer inquiries related to ordering, shipping, returns, product availability and quality issues. Also accountable for account research and customer satisfaction feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system.
• Identify any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
• Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
• Control further processing of non-conforming product until the deficiency or satisfactory condition has been corrected.
• Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree with five to seven years customer service experience—with two years in a “lead” capacity.
• Ability to lead a team of customer service reps, handling multiple product lines and sales channels.
• Past call center experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Excellent oral, written/verbal skills including phone etiquette
