The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for resolving any problems keeping our customers happy and continue to allow them to feel comfortable with using our service.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about concerns with product, pricing and availability
- Be able to work well with coworkers and team leaders
- Be able to use basic computer functions
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
We offer a base salary of $660-900 weekly Depending on experience.
