WSB is seeking a Development Manager in our Land Development group. The ideal candidate brings experience managing design of large-scale real estate development projects and has established long-lasting relationships among clients in the industry.

What You Will Do:

• You will oversee the development process on behalf of clients and will deploy WSB staff expertise in our diverse service areas to achieve successful project outcomes.
• You will manage multiple Development Clients.
• Take lead on multiple development projects and guide them from initiation to close out.
• Ensure that WSB staff complete projects within scope & budget and to the customers satisfaction.
• You will expand on our existing relationships and develop new relationships to enhance our customer base and expand services across our footprint.
• Assess market, establish goals, and execute a plan to meet and exceed revenue goals in Land Development.

What You Will Bring:

• The successful candidate will have 6 - 10 years’ experience in the development process providing leadership to development projects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience with large scale, complex real estate development projects is preferred.
• Technical background in Civil Engineering, Planning, Landscape Architecture, or Architecture.
• The successful candidate must possess a valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record and the ability to work in a variety of locations.
• A high-school diploma or equivalent is required and a four-year degree in Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Construction Management is preferred.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
