• Responsible for leading and managing multiple project teams consisting of superintendents, foreman and labor to deliver exceptional results for our clients
• Responsible for day-to-day field operations on all VBC projects, including site coordination and construction.
• Support full cycle project field operations including: subcontractor negotiations, procurement, business development and strategy
• The Director will provide guidance in the hiring process and termination of team members
• Operational support for all projects, develop programs and initiatives including the oversight of for the delivery of program targets (budget, scope, schedule, and risk)
• Drive process efficiency, refinement, simplification, and gap closures
• Support the build and rollout of projects (purchasing and tools to support the business)
• Creates an environment of trust and foster insightful discussion of ideas
• Motivates and manages colleagues to attract, develop and maintain a high performing talent pool

• Microsoft Project; Procore; MS Office
• Ability to operate in a fast paced environment and the flexibility to adjust priorities
• Proficiency with organization and time management
