Driver Settlement and Payroll Manager Job at R&J Trucking
Oversee and process settlement and payroll for multi-state trucking company. Dynamic position including the following responsibilities and other tasks as needed.
- Investigating payroll discrepancies.
- Data entry
- Track driver vacations and payroll deductions
- Generating reports as needed through payroll platforms
- Process 3 driver payrolls weekly
- Process 3 contractor payrolls weekly
- Process settlement payments weekly
- Serve as main point of contact for drivers payroll issues
- Must be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in excel and microsoft 365
- Experience with payroll software preferred
- Experience in transportation industry preferred
