School Psychologist
ProCare Therapy has been partnering with a school district near the Emporia, KS area for this 2022-2023 school year. We are seeking to hire an onsite school psychologist for a contract position. The district director is scheduling interviews immediately, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible for consideration.
Requirements for this role:
- A Master’s or Doctorate Level degree in School Psychology
- Must be a school psychologist
- PPS credentials
- Applicant must hold a State issued License and a State issued Education Certification
Responsibilities:
- K-12th caseload
- You will be responsible for collaborating IEP’s and other assessments with other educational experts
- Supporting our existing staff in catching up on assessments and completing new assessments
- Assist with personnel remediation plans and help staff
develop successful classroom procedures and rules
- Planning and placement team meeting participation
- Crisis management/problem solving
- Other general psych duties
Work Hours:
- Full time contracted position that is Full time 5 days week 35-40 hours per week
- Position will start in December 2022 and go to June 2023
