Job Description

U.S. Bank is currently seeking a Facility Manager who will direct real estate activities, such as site location, design, planning, construction, space leasing, property management, and maintaining the professional appearance of the interior and exterior of properties. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs;

  • Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities;

  • Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs;

  • Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance;

  • Represents the organization to both internal employees and non-employee tenants; and

  • Manages administrative staff directly or indirectly.

This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum five years of related experience, preferably in commercial property management

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge in commercial real estate, project management, building/facility maintenance, and property management

  • Basic knowledge of property appraisal and leasing

  • Well-developed organizational skills

  • Degree in property management/real estate and/or certifications in CPM and RPA

  • Experience managing staff

  • Ability to respond after hours and on weekends as needed

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,650.00 - $109,000.00 - $119,900.00
