SVS Group is currently looking for high energy Retail Marketing Reps for one of the top HVAC/Plumbing companies here in Phoenix. Full and Part-time available for star candidates.

No experience needed

Just need a great personality!!! Anyone that has worked Retail (Target, Nordstrom) or anyone that has worked in a warehouse and has a great personality is a good fit!!

Pay: $17-19/hr + Commissions

Job Duties:

• Will be setting appointments directly in the store with the customers for HVAC, Water Treatment, Plumbing, Installs, etc.
• No sales, just making an appointment for someone from company to meet with them.
• Training and working alongside of DM and Trainers
• You will be working inside of a Home Depot or Costco near your area
• Your job will be to walk around the store and just engage customers about their HVAC or Plumbing needs
• The more customers you can get to set up leads, or maintenance, or new service, the more money you can make.
• Maintain relationship with store leadership and staff
• Attend required monthly meetings and training's
• Utilize provided script to attain HVAC estimates, Tune Up and/or Plumbing leads
• Organization of leads and must be able to follow processes and procedures to schedule customers
• Conduct store level trainings with staff
• These jobs have a great hourly pay plus uncapped commission!!!!

Requirements:

• Biggest Requirement is that you are outgoing, have a great attitude, and love to talk to customers
• We do not require any sales experience at all. You just need a desire to learn
• You must want to walk around the store and talk to Customers about their HVAC and/or Plumbing Needs
• You must be available for an 8 hour shift during the day
• You must be available to work weekends
• You must have outstanding communication skills
• You must have outstanding punctuality and attendance

This position is Temp to Hire

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
