Foreclosure Clerk Job at DeLuca Law Group, PLLC
IMMEDIATE NEED for a highly capable legal clerk to support the staff of the mortgage foreclosure litigation law firm.
Job Description:
This position will support the Foreclosure Department of the firm. Successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and ability to maintain a consistently high standard of service to corporate clients. Must be capable to work well under pressure, multi-task and set priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desired experience related to residential foreclosure litigation:
- Receive, process and distribute correspondence (paper and e-service)
- Prepare and send outgoing correspondence
- E-file legal documents
- Experience with Black Knight
Required Skills & Competencies:
Clerk must be experienced with Florida clerks of courts schedules and procedures. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Experience formatting of the documents in Word, using Outlook and Excel is required. Exemplary organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong client service skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
· 1+ year legal assistant in foreclosure
· 1+ law firm experience
· 1+ years of e-file/e-service
