Forklift Mechanic / Forklift Technician

D Welch Equipment ,Florida Forklift Dealer, is hiring experienced mobile forklift mechanics to perform maintenance and repairs on new and used forklifts in the North Florida/ South Georgia area. D Welch Equipment sells both used and new forklifts and providing service to the surrounding area.

Job Duties

• Troubleshoot, Diagnose and repair LP propane, Electric forklifts of all makes and models
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on rental and customer forklift trucks
• Ensure all safety items on each forklift are properly maintained and functional
• Maintain your service van and its inventory
• Keep paperwork and proper records of each job
• Good driving record and a valid drivers license is required
• Own tools are preferred but willing to work with mechanics without tools
• MECHANIC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

This highly competitive position includes a service van for to you to use and tool reimbursement is available. Hourly pay rate $18 to $30 depending on experience.
