Job Description

• Answering high volumes of incoming calls
• Providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining daily communications with drivers and customers
• Tracking of inbound/outbound freight - scheduling backhaul loads
• Data Entry
• Night Shift: 6:00PM - 6:00AM

Job Requirements

• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Oral and written communication skills
• Transportation experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Skilled in working under stressful and fast-paced conditions
