Role: Customer Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Role Summary:
· Enabling client to utilize BI AMS Services as per the contract
· Single point of contact for any operational and tactical issues and work with relevant team to manage the customer expectation
· Work towards achieving 100% customer satisfaction score
· Provide necessary leadership to BI Team
Role requirement:
· Drive frequent management review to measure the health of project and flag relevant risk, provide leadership support to mitigate the same
· Ensure that delivery are carried out as per the SOW
· Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
· Look for cross sell and upsell the client services to grow analytics engagement within assigned client
· Manage invoices and bills for assigned customers
· Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
· Work with sales teams to generate new business
· Prepare reports on project performance
· 15+ years of experience in the area of project management, customer management and leading technical BI teams
· Knowledge of IT architectures, procedures and methods
· Soft skills - Excellent Proactive communication with customers, good oral and written English
· Experience in delivering quality work on time with multiple, competing priorities
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree with computer programming skills
· Experience in Retail/CPG domain is preferred
· Must have excellent communications skills

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20,718.57 - $140,000.00 per year
