The Operations Specialist role based in the Miami office will support the activity of portfolio
managers trading listed Futures & FX products. This role will primarily focus on clearing,
reconciliation, and settlement. A successful candidate must be detail oriented, whilst being able
to function in a high paced, controlled environment. The candidate should have subject matter
expertise with balancing trades and positions across a spectrum of listed products, whilst
working directly with prime brokers, executing brokers, and colleagues across the firm.

- Bachelors’ Degree from A Level School
- Solid understanding of Microsoft: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Office and Tableau as a plus
- Experience in Operations at either a Broker/Dealer or Hedge Fund
- Experience working with Securities and Derivatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement and maintain new processes, procedures, and controls
- Fast learner with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
