HOST House Homeless Shelter Shift Leader Job at Cambridge Academies

Cambridge Academies is looking for Shift Leaders that have a serving heart. Shift Leaders at HOST House Homeless Shelter will be responsible and accountable for effectively implementing and monitoring guests and completing assigned shift duties. Shift Leader will ensure a safe, quiet, warm and friendly atmosphere at all times. Shift Leader needs to be a positive role model, able to build rapport and interact with guests in a positive, respectful and proactive way that supports program goals and results in guests developing a clean, sober, productive and self-sufficient life.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- The ability to keep accurate records
- Data base entry and management
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Monitor cleanliness according to health department regulations
- Set up meals as needed for our guests
Shift Leader will be subject to random drug testing throughout employment. Hourly pay will also be determined by credentials and experience.
