House Manager Job at SoFlo Domestics
Family is looking to hire a house manager to work in their Miami Beach home. Schedule is Full Time 5 days per week, 8 hours per day with flexibility. Household consists of a couple and their children. There are other staff in the home to include housekeepers, nannies, chefs and a groundskeeper.
They are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to roll p their sleeves and work alongside the other staff in the home. Must be organized, responsible and effective.
Job Duties:
- Running day-to-day household operations and overseeing all elements of the home
- Ensuring that the residence is in pristine condition at all times
- Oversight of all deliveries, renovation projects and general maintenance of the residence
- Receiving packages
- Work along the other staff and be available to assist when needed. Be hands on with tasks around the home
- Tackle all tasks and projects presented or assigned
- Drive when needed
- All other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a house manager with verifiable references
- Great communication skills
- Problem solver. Hands on
- Ability to work with a team
Compensation & Benefits: Starting at $100k per year, $PTO, Health Insurance, 401k
