Job Description:
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites is located in the heart of Loma Linda/Redlands and is a great location for business and pleasure. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individuals for a Room Attendants positions.
A Room Attendant…
· Project a willing, urgent, "can do" attitude
· Enhance Quality Assurance Standards
· Promote safety awareness and practice safe work
· Support and comply with hotel policies and procedures
· Be a cooperative, enthusiastic and productive "teammate"
· Achieve productivity goals
· Enhance the "guest experience" by making a positive contribution
· Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers
· Participate in department meetings
· Perform other normal housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned
· Perform turn-down service as directed
· End of shift, clean, organize and restock housekeeper cart
· Participate in taking monthly linen inventory
Job Requirements:
· 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
· Multi-task and detail-oriented
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a team player
· Acceptable oral, verbal, and written communication skills
· Problem Solver - Skilled in handling guests issues and resolving them
· Professional Appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality
· Will be required to work weekends and holidays
· Cross trained in laundry operations
