RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• Skilled at every aspect of diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Communicates with office support and adheres to daily scheduling
• Completes appointments in a timely manner
• Must be able to communicate findings, and necessary repairs to customers
• Must be able to work independently without much supervision

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• 1+ years of experience servicing residential HVAC systems desired
• Must be able to follow directions from management and work independently
• Must have great attention to detail
• Ability to perform physically demanding work on a regular basis
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Mechanical aptitude
• EPA & NATE certified strongly preferred
• Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
