Our company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast paced, team oriented environment. The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Inside Sales Representative must be comfortable interacting with dozens of customers on a daily basis, working with channel partners and internal support staff, sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and incoming calls, responding to customer emails in a very timely manner, following up with customers who have recently inquired about our products, collaborating with internal company employees, processing sample product requests and processing customer orders. We experience a high volume of customer inquiries, so it’s important to maximize your time efficiently when working with and responding to customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with potential customers on an ongoing basis.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails.
- Process customer sample inquiries and order requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team (internal and externally) on opportunities for further development and timely closure.
- Understand, communicate and continually upgrade the knowledge of our companies full capabilities, applications and services to the customer.
- On occasion, label and properly package customer order for shipment.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone presentation, verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Experience working within a CRM system.
- Familiarity and proficiency when working with Windows operating system.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
