- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches,
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks,
- Diagnose problems and determine proper solutions,
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings,
- Build positive relationships with customers.
