Currently, MPG is seeking to hire experienced Inventory QA Clerks for our location at 9301 Globe Center Dr, Morrisville, NC 27560. If you possess the required skills and experience as outlined below, please submit your resume for consideration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions

• Validate that all sheet counts are accurate per pallet
• Maintain and update inventory records
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Implement Loss Prevention initiatives
• Report any stock issues to management and place product orders as necessary
• Measure sheets with provided tools (stick, micrometer) and enter measurements into tracking spreadsheet.
• Manage an excel spreadsheet used for tracking inventory counts
• Report / communicate discrepancies to the inventory team
• Report all necessary information to Project / Finishing Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Computer and software skills (primarily with inventory systems, Microsoft Word & Excel, Enterprise)
• Ability to stand and perform the physical requirements of the position up to 12 hours with a few short breaks
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Forklift and electric pallet jack experience required
• Attention to detail necessary to ensure that all steps have been completed in inventory / validation process
• Experience with Vera-core
• Willingness to abide by all plant practices and procedures
• Ability to work overtime as business needs arise
