Job Summary
Returns Management Inc. is a business is focused on product returns for manufacturers and distributers of small appliances, health and beauty, and electro-mechanical devices. This opportunity involves working with a range of products from coffee makers to robotics. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working, curious, analytical, and organized individual with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Perform scheduled maintenance of systems for refurbishment process
- Assist senior in developing new remanufacturing/refurbishment processes
- Documenting existing/new procedures
- Quality Documentation
Qualifications and Skills * Strong ability to work autonomously or in a team
- Strong ability to work with hands/operate hand tools
- Basic understanding/familiarity of electronics and circuits
- Adept at organization
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word
- Solidworks/CAD proficiency a plus
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
