- To work full-time throughout the green season
- To work outside in a variety of weather conditions

- Training, established goals from day one and on, and the ability to contribute your viewpoints
- Part-time work during the winter, assisting with snow and ice management
Positions We’re Hiring For
- Mowing Foreman
- Pruning Foreman
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience that aligns with the position of interest
- Supervisory experience of field personnel/ability to manage a crew
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- People-oriented and the drive to take pride in ones’ work
- Industry-specific certifications, experience with snow removal, and bilingual communication are a great plus!
