Perform basic/complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting repairs (electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical) on equipment within quality standards and time frames while minimizing customer down time and rework
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer's issues utilizing previous training, schematics, or other support material
- Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment
- Participates in all job-related training and development
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of equipment
- Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to work from blueprints, manuals, and schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays
