We are looking for a line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the chef with daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
- Executing food orders during lunch and dinner service.
- Proper rotation and storage of ingredients.
- Handling daily prep and stocking of stations.
- Oversight of closing and cleaning procedures.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Two years’ experience as a line cook in a high volume scratch kitchen environment.
- Current serve safe certification a plus.
- Familiar with many different cooking techniques.
- Must be willing to work open and closing shifts. Open availability days, nights, weekends, holidays.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
