About us:
We are an artisan bakery in sunny Menlo Park. We began making sourdough bread out of a single dutch oven, and since then have expanded our product line to include a variety of naturally leavened breads, including baguettes, European-style ryes, challah, pain de mie, fougasse, other delicious baked goods (sourdough scones, giant cookies, muffins, cakes) and prepared foods (sandwiches, pizza, giant potstickers, etc.). Today, we are in more than a dozen farmers’ markets in the Peninsula and recently opened our first brick-and-mortar bakery in downtown Menlo Park. We are a group of straight-forward, passionate and dedicated people, and are looking for similar-spirited people to join our team.
We are seeking a full-time person of energy and enthusiasm to manage our bakery/kitchen operations.
Job Responsibility:
- You will be the onsite person making sure things are running smoothly at Little Sky Bakery (506 Santa Cruz) and soon to be launched Little Sky Kitchen (right across the street from the bakery).
- You will also have coordination responsibility between our farmers’ markets and pop-ups and the two brick-and-mortar locations.
Experience in retail and bakery/restaurant management is preferred.
