We are looking for a candidate who will oversee all the products in the respective business portfolio ensuring consistency among products and deliverables across the portfolio. Working closely with peers and leaders in every facet of the organization beyond curriculum and learning development, this individual will create buy-in for our learning products and evangelize support across internal and external stakeholders. This leader is responsible for proposing investment or de-investment for their respective learning products and projects based on the defined strategy, data, cost, and customer need. The Learning Portfolio Management team establishes and validates priority and determines how to prioritize portfolio resources. The position directly reports to the (Senior) Director, Learning Portfolio.

Close collaboration with learning Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) is critical to succeed in this role. SMEs include Industry General Managers, Learning Program Managers, Learning Development Directors and Instructional Designers, Infor partners, customers, and other Infor internal groups, including Education Services Delivery, Product Management and Product Development, Support, Sales, Consulting, and Product Documentation.

Infor Education Services learning programs currently include 5000+ learning assets delivered in traditional classrooms and virtual classrooms, as well as web based and self-paced/video training courses. The offer is sold transactionally and included in subscriptions.

Responsibilities:

• Support a global workforce and customer base; Must be willing to, at times, work off hours to participate in conference calls/meetings across multiple time zones
• Groom portfolio backlog and answer Learning Development team’s questions about requirements
• Ensures that the role-based prescriptive portfolio aligns with the Learning Lifecycle and supports Infor‘s overall strategy and goals
• Assist Education leaders to deliver on business goals, product roadmap, and team’s strategic initiatives
• Work in partnership with Senior Director, Learning Portfolio and VP, Learning Products and Strategy to execute on the long-term product vision and deliver client satisfaction

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
• Relevant work experience in Product Management leveraging Agile principles
• Experience in building learning products, software, or services
• Experience with client/customer facing work; conducting formal customer research and quantitative analysis; demonstrations; sales negotiations support
• Experience developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and bringing new products/offerings to market
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Customer development skills
• Data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions by turning data into business insights and use to solve problems and capitalize on opportunities
