Position Overview
ShiftKey is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated marketing content web developer to drive online engagement, manage and update our corporate marketing web site and help to optimize conversion rates within the ShiftKey website.
You will be responsible for everything from updating content on current pages, building our marketing blog, creating all-new pages from provided designs (XD, PSD source), integrating APIs to and from other applications and generally keeping our corporate marketing website current and engaging.
This role requires strong collaboration both within and across multiple stakeholders plus the ability to deliver results quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for everything from updating content on current pages, building our marketing blog, creating all-new pages from provided designs (XD, PSD source), integrating APIs to and from other applications and generally keeping our corporate marketing website current and engaging.
This role requires strong collaboration both within and across multiple stakeholders plus the ability to deliver results quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Design, create, modify and maintain our main corporate marketing website (www.shiftkey.com)
- Integrate web sites with other applications (APIs, cross-links, etc.)
- Job boards
- Social media apps
- Blogs
- Advertising content
- Ability to convert pages designs (XD, PSD, etc) into final, web-optimized code
- Integration of attribution links, analytics and related snippets
- Work within current code environment and protocol; make appropriate recommendations as needed to ensure that our website is a reflection of a high growth technology company
- Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends
- Understand and optimize conversion rates (e.g, A/B testing) – onboarding new healthcare providers to our platform within the marketing site framework
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in web development with experience in the aforementioned responsibilities
- Familiarity with with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and related coding languages
- Proficient problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient interpersonal skills
