Job Description

Luxury Spa is seeking passionate, outgoing massage therapists to join our team. Client hours from 10am to 6pm, Shifts begin at 930am and end at 630pm for opening and closing tasks.

Professional Objectives

To deliver the spa treatments according to protocols and rituals guaranteeing the guest the ultimate spa experience. Body therapists must make appropriate service and retail recommendations for each guest they provide service to based on their needs and concerns. Therapists must portray a professional self-image and perfect treatments/products technical knowledge and skills. Invest in self-education and expand modalities offered including but not limited to advanced deep-tissue, neuromuscular therapies, reflexology, hot stone massage, lymphatic drainage, body treatments, and more.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Massage Therapy license
• Personal professional liability insurance renewed annually
• Highly desirable special skills: deep tissue, pregnancy massage, sports, reflexology massage, hot/cold stones, knowledge of aromatherapy
• Guest service-oriented with the ability to deliver the ultimate spa experience
• Experienced with body scrubs & wraps
• Ability to follow protocols and directions with diligence and care
• Drive for continuing education and professional growth

Job Type: Part-time & Full-time available; Health Insurance Options for Full-time Only

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
