Job Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Massage Therapy Instructor to lead and teach our growing student body. Job duties include:
- Teaching, mentoring, motivating and coaching all students on the clinic floor and in the classroom, using company approved curriculum
- Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
- Participate in various administrative duties (such as attend faculty meetings, accurately record grades and attendance and counsel students)
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be a currently-practicing Massage Therapist
- Massage Therapy license from an accredited school with proof of national certification in therapeutic massage and body work
- Instructor license preferred, however we will pay to put you through the 30-hr course, if you are not instructor certified
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the field
- Prior teaching experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
- Computer skills necessary
