Responsibilities / Qualifications:

* Responsible for all repair phases of luxurious travel trailers and touring coaches.

* Collaborating as a team, you diagnose issues and repair failed components.

* Perform pre-delivery inspections.

* Provide guidance and advice to assist the Service Advisor in dispatching repair orders.

* Take on more complex repair orders.

* Improve your skills and earning power.

* Regularly participate in continuing education.

Related skilled trade experience (auto mechanic, facilities maintenance technician, plane mechanic, boat mechanic, carpenter, welder, fabricator, electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or similar) is a great foundation and we might have a spot for you!

Our best candidates:

• 5-7 years' experience specifically in diagnostic and repair of Recreational Vehicles

• Experience in training others in various RV repairs.

• Experience in effective, clear communication in a shop environment

• Intermediate computer skills

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to utilize tools appropriately
