The Oregon Clinic is seeking a Credentialed Medical Assistant Float to join our growing specialty medicine organization. Our float pool supports all 32 different specialties that The Oregon Clinic has to offer out of multiple Portland area hospitals and clinics. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout the Portland metro area (NE, NW and SW Portland, Gresham, Tualatin, etc.) for work assignments. Responsibilities as a Credentialed Medical Assistant Float may include assisting providers with examinations, evaluations, diagnostic procedures and treatments. As well as rooming patients, obtaining vitals and turning over exam rooms. Back office medical staff may be responsible for assisting with administrative duties such as phone triage, patient registration, clinical and surgical scheduling, referral coordinating and obtaining medical records. The ideal hired candidate would have the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of medical and surgical specialties.The ideal candidate will broaden their skills in multiple medical and surgical specialties as well as provide excellent customer service and care. New CMA graduates are encouraged to apply! Starting pay range, based on experience: $23.24 - $31.45 per hour. PLUS PAY DIFFERENTIAL on top of base pay.

Requirements:
- National MA certification is required (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc.).
- Prior experience with EPIC and Centricity a plus.
- Excellent MS Office skills required.
- Experience working in a specialty clinic setting helpful.
- Excellent attitude and flexibility.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute throughout the Portland Metro area.
- Strong motivation and work ethic.
