Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors and direct them to appropriate patient care areas or personnel.
- Answer telephones and forward calls to appropriate personnel.
- Provide basic client information to staff; prepare correspondence and forms, such as insurance authorizations, reports, etc., when appropriate.
- Schedule appointments.
- Provide information regarding insurance coverage to patients and/or families; verify benefits with insurance companies.
- Transmit medical information to physicians and hospitals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
