Full Job Description

Plastic surgery practice with Medical Spa seeks a friendly, outgoing, well-organized front desk receptionist to join our incredible team. The person in this position is responsible for greeting clients and visitors, alerting staff regarding patient arrivals, answering phones, and helping maintain an on-time schedule.

Experience in a plastic surgery practice or a related field, and a polished, professional appearance required. Top candidates are compassionate, warm and enjoy working as a team and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, competency in Microsoft Office applications and a positive disposition.

Experience with Nextech patient software is a huge plus.

Requirements:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Top-notch organizational skills

· Check patients in and out

· Going over patient’s questions

· Process payments for services and products

· Establishing digital patient charts, and keeping charts organized up to date

· Two years of customer service experience

· Bachelor's degree

Core responsibilities include:

· Answer phones in a professional manner, routing calls as necessary

· Greet patients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

· Schedule and confirm appointments

· Provide excellent customer service

· Sales (ability to get new patient callers to schedule a consult)

· Provide accurate information in-person and via text

We are hiring to fill a full-time and part-time position. The Center offers flexible schedules. There are no weekend shifts, no holidays, and no call shifts. Benefits are offered to full-time and part-time employees.

Salary: $15 - $23 /hour DOE. Higher rates for candidates with plastic surgery and Nextech (patient software) experience.
