Member Service Representative 1 Job at GymIt of Brookline & Watertown
The GymIt Health Club in Boston/Brookline, MA is looking for Early Morning Customer Service Representatives who enjoy the gym environment. We prefer individuals who are passionate about fitness and are interested in helping us provide the safest, friendliest, cleanest, and most supportive environment possible for our members and who believe as we do, that regular exercise is critical to your physical and mental fitness, longevity, and protecting yourself against all foreign health hazards. The “day to day” includes general customer service duties including phone, check-ins, retail sales, and account management, plus customer focused conversations leading to increased commitment to our fitness services, upholding all of our safety and security protocols, and liaison between members and management/fitness staff (most advanced airPHX air quality disinfection system for the safety of our staff and members)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
