MPC Teller (Lihue) Job at First Hawaiian Bank
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an engaging, customer-focused, Money Processing Center Teller to join our Lihue Branch on Kauai. In this role, you will work with the department and operations managers, and supervisors to ensure adherence to all compliance, GLBA, audit, and security requirements, minimizing exposure to loss/liability. Perform teller functions in the daily support of the overall operations of the department. Accept and process deposits accurately. Redeem and calculate foreign currency/drafts for deposits. Turn in excess cash to vault throughout the day. Fulfill customer change orders accurately and timely. Cross train in other processing areas.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school degree required.
- Prior teller or cash handling experience desirable.
- Ability to count.
- Must be able to perform mathematical calculations.
- Use of 10-key adding machine and typing.
- Attention to detail and ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
