Tapestry Health is seeking an on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team providing medical care to patients at a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, New York. This is a full time position and the hours are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. No nights, weekend, holidays or call!
As a member of our group, you will have the freedom to work independently with the facility, knowing that you have the support of not only your collaborating physician, but other members of the team who are always just a call away.
Candidate Requirements:
- Licensed in New York
- Experience with geriatric population required
- Must provide proof of COVID vaccination
Salary and Benefits: $100K + eligible for incentive comp plan. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, location, etc. In addition we provide a comprehensive benefits package, 4 weeks of PTO, CME time off, annual CME allowance, and malpractice insurance.
