Key job tasks include:

  • Provide exceptional, high energy, and ethical client service
  • Work directly with the advisory team (those employees providing advice)
  • Work directly with private wealth clients processing paperwork, facilitating money transfers, and communicating any concerns to their advisor
  • Power of persuasion; make sure vendors and custodian banks process paperwork and company/client requests efficiently and with the minimal of client account interruption
  • Perform administrative duties, including answering phone and running print production machines
  • Assisting the operations manager with the proper execution of company policies and standards
  • Working through custodian banks’ websites to facilitate downloads and client requests
  • Miscellaneous office administrative tasks
  • Some travel will be required

Skills necessary for this role:

  • Attention to detail (client follow up, accuracy in information provided, and proactively reaching out to clients)
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and good decision-making ability in order to evaluate situations and react appropriately
  • Effective problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt to change
  • Knowledge of investments preferred, but not required
  • Positive and optimistic attitude
  • Must be computer literate - must exhibit at least intermediate proficiency when working with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must have time management skills and be goal, task-oriented
  • Quick to learn new computer skills

Requirements:

  • College Degree preferred, but not required for those with the right experience
  • Ability to obtain state registration (Series 65 license or equivalent state registration)

Cutler is looking for self-starting and motivated candidates, regardless of race or sexual orientation
Salary range $60k – 75k, with bonus and profit-sharing abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
