Operations Manager Job at Local Cleaning Service
Operations manager needed for a busy cleaning company. This person must have a good work ethic, clean criminal background, and a driver’s license. Individual health insurance reimbursement and 2 weeks of PTO per year. Schedule is from 11:00AM to 8:00PM, Monday thru Friday.
General Duties:
-In tandem with owner, manage a team of about 20 full-time and part-time employees.
-Visit customer sites to check in with employees, inspect the buildings, and gather feedback from customers.
-Some cleaning is required. Things happen and sometimes we all pitch in as needed. If a building is not up to standard, you expected to make some quick adjustments to help keep it in order and work with employers to get the cleaning up to par again.
-While visiting customer sites, restock closets with supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
