Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Job at DeGuzman Orthodontics
We are looking for a key team member. The Treatment Coordinator’s responsibility is to explain treatment options, go over related costs and sign the patient. The TC is a liaison between the doctor and the patient and assists in the gathering of information in the new patient experience, as well as coordinating a treatment plan with the doctor and presenting it to the patient. They are knowledgeable about orthodontic treatment and timelines, and they are prepared to negotiate financial arrangements with the clients. They also coordinate, as needed, with other offices who share in the care of patients, making sure referrals and correspondence are received and followed up on.
The Treatment Coordinator is also be responsible for some internal accounting duties that support the practice’s goals for profitability. They must be able to communicate well, team oriented, enthusiastic and a have excellent people skills. Orthodontic experience is preferred and a valid x-ray license is a plus. The TC will also undertake some practice marketing. We have two offices (Hilliard an Pickerington) and travel between the offices is required. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
