JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
This job will be assisting the faculty member in a variety of research tasks. As a temporary position, hours are offered on a project-by-project basis, but usually 5 hrs/week. Flexible hours and work both in-person and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Researches and collects data through complex techniques and procedures.
- Conduct a literature review of qualitative and quantitative studies.
- Clean and organize secondary quantitative data from various resources.
- Writes and edits technical materials for publication.
- Reports on the status of research activities.
Requirements and qualification
- Ability to apply sound research techniques, methodology, and logical critical analysis.
- Effective written communication with the ability to write technical reports.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/distributed work environment.
- Communicate effectively with faculty concerning research project
